Holistic assessment is at the core of each client’s journey.
Drawing on both her nursing background and self-healing expertise, Mardi develops wellness plans for each client through a coaching collaboration that takes into account their needs at three levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Physical
Physical needs are most clients’ primary concern, and they are the highest priority during the wellness plan. Conventional medical guidance, nutritional support, and exercise plans are supported by additional tools such as Breathflow. Breakthroughs at the Emotional and Spiritual levels support increased Physical results.
Emotional
Emotional needs are often ignored by conventional medicine, despite the fact that one’s emotional state directly affects the body. Energy is emotion. Unless we attend to our emotional states, process our experiences, and practice both feeling and releasing emotions, we will not be attuned to our physical bodies and will struggle with physical healing. Both Breathflow and direct coaching are key to accessing self-healing on the Emotional level.
Spiritual
Spiritual needs are not only ignored by conventional medicine, but often unknown even to ourselves. Developing deeper consciousness and connecting to our own sources of power opens us to new experiences on both the Physical and Emotional levels. Awareness moves us toward healing and into our thriving lives. Breathflow informs all parts of the wellness journey, and the breathwork program is customized for each client’s needs. Breathflow is a specific type of breathwork (aka breathing technique) that helps practitioners reach meditative states where they can access their own self-healing power.
